just came back from Rome and Naples and used Pleasant Travel services in both places. This is actually our second time with Pleasant Travel and were over the top satisfied service provided.

Giovanni in Rome was a great driver and was able to maximize the experience. We were able to see more that what we would of if we had done it on our own. We were traveling from a cruise, time wise limited but the sites extensive. Thanks to Johni

In Naples Antonio and Roberta were also excellent. We customized our tour to Monti Cassino and Herculaneum and were impressed with the easy of the whole day and that were were able to experience more then we could imagined.

What a delightful experience we shared with you, Priscilla, and Antonio as our guides!
Priscilla and Antonio chauffeured us from Rome to Sorrento with stops at Montecassino and Pompeii.Our entire journey was enhanced by the informative narrative provided by Priscilla and our safety assured by the confident driving of Antonio.
Mariano ferried us along the Amalfi Coast for an entire day. His knowledge, insight, and amazing driving skills were much appreciated. He is so very personable and made us feel so very welcome in his country. We loved hearing of his family life with two "generales" and his two sons Luigi and Rosario.
The care and concern that Mariano and his employees show towards each of their clients was very evident when Mariano drove us to the train station in Naples and never left our side as he escorted us on to the train with delicious pastries he thoughtfully provided.

Forgive me for not getting in touch with you earlier than now. I actually don't know where the time has gone since our vacation to Italy. But I was going through my pictures and saw your smiling face and realized I hadn't yet connected with you to tell you and thank you for the wonderful tour you gave us. We so appreciate you making our time there so special by taking us to your farm, church, local restaurant and sending us home with delicious olive oil and wonderful memories. Good morning Brian and Pam,
I wanted to get a quick note off to each of you to, first of all, thank you for helping to arrange an amazing trip!
This is one for the books, we had a fabulous time thanks to you and your hard work. and secondly to tell you that it is always a pleasure to work with you both.

I had promised to share with you some of our experiences with regards to the tour operators used in Florence, Rome and Naples.
For Florence, Rome and Naples we used a company by the name of Pleasent Travel, run by Mariano Fiorentino.
In Rome his colleague was Paulo whose knowledge of the city was amazing, he knew all the right sites to see their history and the right time to beat the crowds.

In Rome we had Angelo, again a true professional, with all the credentials you would hope for in a tour operator. He suggested we have a guide for the Sistine Chapel, and we're happy he did. With lines of 2 1/2 to 3 hours we were in in no time. When time is important that's the kind of guide you need.

And, Mariano, what a pleasure!! Very easy going, knowledgeable, personable, and the consummate professional. His tour along the Amalfi Coast was amazing, knowing just where to stop, what to see and where to eat really made the day one for the books.

Aside from their professionalism, the were punctual, knowledgeable, flexible and just plain friendly.

This is a trip that was nothing short of amazing, and these people mad it so!!

Mariano since we spent the day together, I consider you my friend! I hope that we can keep in contact with each other.

Mariano......Having just finished editing all my pictures and enjoying again our time with you on Amalfi coast, I had to take a moment and thank you again for an excellent tour in your part of Italy! I have to say I was concerned about those infamous roads of the Amalfi and “Italian “ drivers [having been there before!!!!!!] before we came......BUT..... your excellent driving [and urge to keep the new Mercedes unscratchedRolling on the floor laughing????Open-mouthed smile], gave me never a moment’s concern! It was just to short a time....so much to see and do. I will ALWAYS remember your navigating us through the mob to the gates of Caserta when they had the 2 hour strike of the ticker takers! We would never have gotten in without you....OR.....figured out how to get tickets once we did get in......even getting through the turnstile was a challenge!
