I'm sorry it took me so long to write to you but I just got out of the hospital after surgery. I wanted to tell you that the tour of the Amalfi Coast you gave us was the highlight of our vacation for all of us. We can't express how much we enjoyed the day, the food, the information and the beauty of the Amalfi Coast and the time and care you took to present it to us in the most extraordinary way. The restaurant you took us to was wonderful,and everyone is still talking about it. Some of our people are connoisseurs of Italian food and great cooks themselves and they are also still talking about the great food, great owners and beautiful view. It is a little scary to book on the internet, but you and your sister-in-law turned out to be so much more thank we expected that I just had to write to tell you that you were exceptional and we will certainly contact you again if we are ever in the area.

Just wanted to thank you for a great day in Naples. Priscilla was a great guide and very informative and Antonio a very safe driver. I did apologise to her for our American friend who was rather abrupt with her towards the end of the day. I am afraid she was not appreciative of the history of the area. We Brits loved it all and I look forward to a repeat visit one day. I will write you a good review on Cruise Critic when I get myself organised.

The most amazing day of our 9 day trip! Thanks to our guide Pricilla and driver Antonio we had the best day of our entire trip when we took a private tour of Sorrento, the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. We talked with a lot of people when we got back on the cruise ship and NO ONE had the day we did. We were able to see the sights of all the towns along the Amalfi coast, eat an authentic meal with some of the best food I have ever eaten and see the ruins of Pompeii all in one day. Pricilla was so friendly and knowledgable! Very professional with no fear of missing the ship. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

In September 2012 we have made a cruise visiting the cities of Naples, Rome and Firenze. In each city we were received by representives of Pleasantravel at the dock of our cruise ship. The car was every time a very comfartable salon Mercedes or a mini-van (with reason in Naples). The drivers were all good English speaking and well informed about the sights in the cities.
In all: good quality for a very reasonable price and recommendable to everyone.

Well Mariano this email is really meant to thank you profoundly for your service. You know, when I first came across your company on the internet I was immediately taken by your introduction – it was so humble and honest that I knew immediately I’d made the right choice. Just by your emails giving advice about our itinerary it felt as though you had known us forever! We’ve been so lucky to have you drive us throughout the Costiera Amalfitana during most of the days of our nine day sojourn in Sorrento. The love and passion that you feel for the history and culture of your region shines through and the wealth of information that you provide is amazing. With you we were able to visit all those beautiful hotels, churches and towns that we would have otherwise missed. As for your choice of restaurants they were simply the best, tucked away in tiny streets but providing the most exquisite local food. “Patience is one of your many virtues and we are very grateful for that, especially in Naples where we unexpectedly had to find a particular establishment as an emergency. After that we were able to buy our Nativity figurines.” We felt so guilty because that day you got home later and yet you didn’t get upset at all, now that’s the mark of a true professional!



Definitely the highlight of our itinerary was the day you took us to meet your lovely wife and adorable son. Your farmhouse is so homely and what a treat to have your own vegetables, fruit and chickens. Your wife worked so hard to produce such a delicious and generous lunch. The dishes (all home-made) just kept on coming and although we were feeling full we couldn’t resist eating and drinking it all. She is such a sweet lady. I’d like to thank her again for opening her home to us as if we were family. If that wasn’t enough she graciously gave us those lovely bags as gifts. It’s clear that you are extremely fortunate to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by all your family.



Now, the time has come to give your poor eyes a rest (ha, ha!). If I ever need your services again in the future you can be certain I will contact you.



Once more my most sincere gratitude for everything you have done to make our holiday so special. The work that you carry out every day comes from the heart and it shows. You will be greatly rewarded in life, you deserve it.

Ciao Mariano! We are now back home in our houses, with a minimum of problems or delays! Wanted to again thank you for taking such good care of Helen and me...it was the highlight of our time in Italy...although I must say, Venice was hard to leave!
