Hi Mariano,
We have been home for over a week and have been remembering the many wonderful sights we enjoyed during our several tours during our Mediterranean cruise.
Our last tour on the last day of our cruise was the day we spent in southern Italy with Mariano as our Driver/Guide, and was one of the best day I ever had. He drove us through the lovely town of Sorrento which brought back memories of our time in the area 3 years ago. Then, on to the beautiful drive to Positano and our stop in that picturesque town where we shopped. Our next stop was a delicious lunch and then on to Amalfi. We enjoyed the many sights and camera stops with views from high on the mountainside where homes are perched on the cliffs. I wish we had had time to stop at your farm in the Sorrento area but Dala, Lorence and I enjoyed our day of sightseeing and thank you for a mervelous day along of the Amalfi area.

We recently visited Italy for two weeks with a three day stay in Sorrento. Two of the days were spent with Mariano and his guides and they were wonderful. We were picked up promptly at the airport even with a plane delay and were efficiently handled through our tour of Pompeii. We also had the pleasure of experiencing the Amalfi Coast with Mariano on a full day trip. We appreciated all of the little details, beautiful scenery, wonderful lunch at a local trattoria and a stop at a small company that was harvesting and making olive oil. I would highly recommend Mariano and his team for any excurisons in southern Italy.

It has been a couple of months since our stay in Sorrento and I still cannot believe I was actually there.
I want to thank you for one of the most wonderful vacations I have every had. I wanted it to last forever. I was not sure how Norman would like this vacation, but he loved it. He found it so relaxing. The sad thing is I may never get back to Italy, but I have pictures to take me back. When I tell my family and friends that we ate at your home, they are shocked.
We do laugh at the fact that Norman actually ate pizza.

Having been to Naples several times and having had private tours to see the area, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Mariano and his knowledge of the area. Traveling with our elder parents, he went out of his way to accommodate their needs all the while providing them with information and history on the Naples and Sorrento area.
